Your Role
As a AU Senior Electrical Engineering , you are responsible for:
- Lead the Philippine engineering team (Technical Estimators, Product Delivery Coordinator, Electrical Draftsperson, etc) in customizing UPS systems to meet client specifications, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling processes to optimize production timelines and resource allocation between the AU and PH teams.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of job documentation, including design specifications, drawings, and manuals of the Philippine team, in accordance with
- Australian and international standards, with the help of the onshore Engineering team.
- Foster professional liaison between the engineering department, sales team,
- production manager, and customers, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, mentoring junior engineers and promoting continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with sales and production managers to prioritize engineering tasks, address customer requirements, and resolve any production-related issues.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction, especially the Philippine team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory
- changes relevant to UPS systems engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in UPS systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects, meeting production deadlines, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Strong understanding of UPS technologies, components, and design principles.
- Have a good experience in using AutoCAD or Solidworks
- Should have an INITIATIVE to learn UPS technologies, components, and design principles, especially.
