As an Associate Manager, Customer Support, you'll be working closely with suppliers to support and guide them through our client's platform requirements. This role includes direct communication via email and phone, training on retailer needs, transforming data for uploads, and offering ongoing support. Your primary tasks will focus on bulk data upload, quality assurance, and supplier relationship management, ensuring seamless integration and performance for retailer clients.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Dayshift, Monday - Friday, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fixed weekends off
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

Key Responsibilities: Data and Details at Your Fingertips
  • Manage data and image bulk uploads, ensuring quality and accuracy
  • Deliver operational support for retailer clients
  • Update and maintain supplier contact details, monitoring email bounces and incomplete information
  • Review and provide feedback on supplier product content
  • Track supplier engagement and report trends to the Managed Services Manager
  • Assist suppliers in understanding retailer content requirements
  • Support suppliers in formatting data and images for compliance

Requirements

Qualifications Needed: Excel in Customer Support

  • 1 to 3 years of customer-facing experience, including calls, emails, and back-office support
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
