Role Description

We are seeking a visionary Assistant Brand Manager for Marketing Innovations for a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaue to redefine how our canned meat and frozen product portfolios show up in the modern kitchen. You will sit at the intersection of consumer psychology, food technology, and brand strategy. Your mission is to transform traditional pantry staples into high-growth, modern food solutions that resonate with today's fast-paced, health-conscious, and digital-first consumers. You will lead marketing initiatives, conduct customer insights analysis, and oversee project management to drive innovation within the company. Responsibilities will include strategic marketing, implementing international marketing campaigns, and managing projects to support business growth. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pipeline Development: Identify growth levers, whitespace mapping and category modernization.
  • Product & Concept Incubation: NPD leadership, sensory & UX and packaging innovation.
  • Go-to-Market Excellence: Pilot campaigns and omnichannel strategy.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years in Brand Management or Innovation within the FMCG sector. Experience in frozen foods or protein manufacturing is a massive plus.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: You can talk flavor profiles with R&D, margin analysis with Finance, and shelf-space with Sales.
  • Possess strong skills in Customer Insight to effectively analyze and understand target audiences.
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing, and International Marketing to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to coordinate, oversee, and deliver marketing projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and innovation.
