What You'll Do
- Support month-end and year-end financial close activities, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of journals, accruals, reconciliations, and financial records.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, credit card processing, expense claims, and payment support.
- Prepare financial reports and maintain data accuracy
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, supporting the enhancement of accounting systems, workflows, controls, and finance best practices as the business continues to grow.
Key Criteria
- Hands-on experience using MYOB (or similar accounting software)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-entity, or professional services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Work setup:
Work setup & hours may vary by location in accordance with local norms, practices & policies.
Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) after a 3 to 6-month onsite probation.
