Your Role:
As a
Architectural Estimator - Kitchen & Bath Projects, you will be primarily responsible for the execution of detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimation for kitchen and bath cabinetry projects. You will:
- Review architectural and construction drawings to perform detailed plan take-offs for bidding purposes.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for bids, proposals, and ongoing projects using our estimate template.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine scope and materials needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of estimates, bid documents, and revisions.k 5] Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
What You Need: Non-negotiables- Estimating experience is required, with a focus on interior architectural finishes, millwork, and custom casework. Direct experience in kitchen cabinetry estimation is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in estimating and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or Cabinet Vision)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
Preferred skills/expertise- A background in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
- Experience with kitchen and bath cabinet design or prior work experience in a kitchen and bath company is a major plus
- Proficiency in specialized software like Cabinet Vision.
- An engineering or sales background with hands-on Salesforce experience.
