WORK FROM OFFICE - This is a Work-from-Office setup based in Angeles City

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads, set appointments, and conduct telesales activities.
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style to effectively engage potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow call scripts and sales processes to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections or inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  • Document all call information accurately and thoroughly in the designated CRM system.


Qualifications And Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in the BPO industry.
  • Strong experience in appointment setting, lead generation, and telesales is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in conversational English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to adapt to different customer profiles and adjust sales approach accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Minimum 6 month outbound call centre experience.
  • Paid training for 6 weeks:
    • Package is 22500 (15k 1st month + 7500 half of the month) after completing the training period successfully, the probation starts with 25K Package - 20k Base Salary plus 5K allowance
    • With perfect attendance bonus
    • Daily, monthly, quarterly bonus
    • With uncapped commissions
