Call Center Agent - Telco Account
Salary: PHP18000/month
Location: Cebu City

As a Call Center Agent for the Telco Account, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, technical support, and sales for telecommunications products and services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer inquiries, technical support, and sales.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team or department.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
• Document and maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
• Keep up-to-date on new products, services, and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a call center environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
