Job Title : Application Support
Job Location: Central Luzon, Central Visayas, Metro Manila / NCR
JOB DESCRIPTION :
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- Triage and resolution of UC4 job related failures which can involve handing of sensitive data, file manipulation and collaboration with ITAD, IT Business Analysts, ETA, Production Control and Data Exchange
- Handle ticket requests from Treasury and Ops for a variety of issues and make sure they are assigned correctly
- CDP coordination and approvals with Data Exchange Team
- Handling Debt Manager related issues with UC4 and opening support tickets
- GCUI monitoring and manipulation
- EPS payment monitoring for EPS Notify and Courtpay which entails logging into PCI environment, logging into the database and running SQL scripts
- Manual pulls for VRFA data. Involves collaboration with Treasury
- Support for routine STAR issues and requests
- Process disaster holds for STAR
- Processing of No-Print requests from Treasury
- ABA/CELLPH/Melissa Data monitoring
- IVR Validation
- Annual NYC Zip Code review
- PTC transaction report review for duplicates
- SRS Area Code updates for STAR/DARS
- DARS Dayend support
- Blindport scheduling for monthly patching
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- 1 2 years experience related to the tasks stated above
- 1 2 years of IT experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Self-driven, able to work independently as well as with a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
- Security+ Certification or equivalent at minimum
- Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Experience with Web Content Filtering & IPS Management
