Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide application support and resolve incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Coordinate application releases and facilitate transitions from development to production.
  • Drive process improvements and automate manual tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and escalations while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
  • Support release management activities and agile delivery processes.
  • Use tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable application services.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in application support, incident management, or operations support.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of Java or Python is advantageous.
  • Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
