Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and resolve incidents to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate application releases and facilitate transitions from development to production.
- Drive process improvements and automate manual tasks to enhance efficiency.
- Manage incidents, problems, and escalations while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.
- Support release management activities and agile delivery processes.
- Use tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence to manage workflows and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable application services.
Key Requirements
- Experience in application support, incident management, or operations support.
- Proficiency with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Java or Python is advantageous.
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
