Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient business application service operations by resolving issues promptly and optimizing configurations and processes. Continuously improve end-user experience through education and training. Collaborate with platform colleagues and business users to manage releases, resolve issues, and implement business requests. Lead and participate in projects, adhering to standard operating procedures and service level agreements. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and proactively develop subject matter expertise. Complete compliance obligations and trainings, ensuring adherence to security and operational responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Junior Application Support:
Knowledge of Python and SQL. Familiarity with AWS and data warehousing (DW) concepts. Understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Problem Management. Exposure to ETL processes and Control-M is beneficial. Ability to work in a hybrid setup. Located in or willing to work in BGC. Mid-Level Application Support:
Proficient in Python and SQL. Hands-on experience with AWS and data warehousing (DW). Solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident and Problem Management. Experience with ETL processes and Control-M is beneficial. Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid setup. Located in or willing to work in BGC. Senior Application Support:
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with AWS and data warehousing (DW). In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Problem Management. Proven experience with ETL processes and Control-M. Familiarity with Snowflake is highly beneficial. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Ability to mentor junior team members and work in a hybrid setup. Located in or willing to work in BGC. Team Lead - Application Support:
Expert proficiency in Python and SQL. Extensive experience with AWS, data warehousing (DW), and Snowflake. Deep understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident and Problem Management. Proven track record with ETL processes and Control-M. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize service delivery. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid setup and located in or willing to work in BGC.
