Seeking a proactive Technical Analyst to support niche business applications and drive technical initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions, ensuring business and customer outcomes are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document end-to-end business processes.
- Act as the technical SME for niche applications.
- Define technical requirements, flow diagrams, and UI mockups.
- Collaborate with development teams and third-party vendors.
- Support testing, deployments, and issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Contribute to reducing technical debt and improving platform performance.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 7Proven experience inSQLand relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL)
- Exposure toMongoDBor willingness to learn NoSQL technologies
- Strong background intechnical documentation,requirements gathering, andstakeholder engagement
- Ability to createflow diagrams,UI mockups, andtechnical specs
- Familiarity withbackend development,system design, or application support
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments is a plus
- Experience with modern SDLCs and technical documentation.
- Understanding of APIs, data flows, and software integration.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
- Experience in Preparing comprehensive Technical Requirements
- Experience in integrating key stakeholders during the requirements gathering process
- Background in insurance is a plus.
- Comfortable working in virtual, cross-country teams.
