Application Development Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Applications Development Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications and IT projects. This role is responsible for managing the application development team, overseeing system enhancements and integrations, ensuring successful project delivery, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership experience, technical expertise, and the ability to drive innovation and operational efficiency across the organization.

Job Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of experience in Applications Development, Software Engineering, or IT Project Management.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise application development projects.
• Experience with databases and cloud platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system integrations, and application security best practices.
• Knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
• Experience with source code management and version control tools such as Git, SVN, or TFS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in web, mobile, eCommerce, or enterprise application development is an advantage.
