Job Description
The Property Management Analyst ensures accuracy and reliability of Asset Master Data which involve the process of monitoring, valuation and documentation of fixed assets from acquisition to retirement. He/She delivers successful disposal transactions on fixed assets and inventories/consumables that can form part of a miscellaneous income of the Company while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. He/She also provides assistance in delivering efficient and effective administrative services.
