Are you a marketplace pro with a passion for performance and problem-solving We're looking for a skilled eCommerce Specialist to take the wheel and drive success on Amazon and eBay for a growing auto parts company. If you live and breathe seller dashboards and have a relentless drive to constantly find new opportunities to beat the competition, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage Amazon and eBay Seller accounts: Maintain top performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• List and optimize new products: Craft high-converting listings with compelling titles, bullet points, and images.
• Monitor account health: Track metrics like Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, and feedback score—respond proactively to prevent issues.
• Handle technical troubleshooting: Solve listing errors, suppressed ASINs, stranded inventory, or shipping configuration issues with ease.
• Improve discoverability and conversions: Use SEO best practices, category research, and data analytics to increase product visibility and sales.
• Implement promotional strategies: Manage pricing, deals, coupons, and advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Coordinate with internal teams: Work with inventory, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and timely customer communication.
• Stay current: Keep up with platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and eBay seller accounts.
• Proven ability to grow and maintain healthy marketplace accounts.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub, along with any useful third-party tools.
• Experience managing bulk uploads, flat files, and listing templates.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot listing and catalog issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset—you anticipate issues before they arise, and regularly keep other team members informed.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Understanding of Amazon A+ Content, Brand Registry, and FBA/FBM logistics.
• Knowledge of international marketplaces or multi-channel eCommerce tools.
