Job Description

The opportunity

The Agency Expansion and Recruitment Senior Manager will partners and collaborates with the Sales Management Team and Agency Leaders/Financial Advisers in achievement of recruitment numbers and targets through implementation of the company's Recruitment and Expansion-Related Programs and Initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Drives and pushes for Recruitment Numbers on the Zone/Sector assigned in partnership with the local Sales Management Team (SMT) through various recruitment-related programs and tactical initiatives
  • Develops, identifies and implements programs specifically to drive increase in COP attendees and tagged recruits
  • Monitor progress and track results of institutionalized Recruitment Programs i.e. Manulife PRIME and Leader Recruitment Program (LRP)
  • Conduct Huddle Sessions w/ Agency Leaders and Sales Management Team (SMT) on recruitment-related strategies which impacts growth in recruitment numbers
  • Push for High-Potential Adviser Recruitment Programs and Initiatives via Social Media
  • Support in execution of Life Champions (Career Orientation Program) Agency Leader Accreditation
  • Conducts Life Champions (Career Orientation Program) for potential Manulife recruits in partnership with the Sales Management Team (SMT)
  • Ensures Production Related Expenses (PRE) and controllable expenses are met through proper spend management and monitoring/tracking of expenses
  • Develops and maintains good relationship with our business partners: Financial Advisers, Agency Leaders and Sales Management Team (SMT)

What we are looking for

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree
  • At least 5 - 7 years ofexperience in recruitm ent preferably in a life insurance company
  • Strong analytical, communication, relationship, and time management skills
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Based in Cebu
