THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: 25 % - Coordinate and monitor the implementation of projects, programs, services and activities related to training and/or learning and development (L&D) matters
25 % - Facilitate and conduct of In-House Trainings and Public Programs
10 % - Tabulate and interpret the evaluation results of In-House trainings
10 % - Design programs and projects in all areas of human resource development
15 % - Prepares communications, consolidated reports, and analysis
10 % - Prepares and issues Scholarship Contracts and
5 % - Performs other related functions.
