Your Role:

As a Administrative Assistant, you will:
  • Handle client communication through email with professionalism and clarity
  • Provide support to clients, troubleshooting questions and issues
  • Make order-based phone calls to clients to ensure smooth transactions
  • Perform scheduling and data entry tasks
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist with client inquiries

What You Need:

  • Strong written communication skills, with emphasis on proper email etiquette
  • Ability to think critically and solve client problems
  • Experience in scheduling and data entry
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to interact professionally with clients

Preferred skills
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Administrative Assistant to join our real estate marketing company.
  • This role will be heavily focused on client communication, requiring clear and effective email communication skills.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot client inquiries, understand our products and services, and think creatively when needed.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate terminology is a plus!
