Job Description


THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20%Handles incoming and outgoing communications (written and verbal) for the District Office
- 20%Maintains and updates the record management of the system of the District Office
- 20%Responds to public queries
- 5%Prepare internal and external communications
- 5%Coordinates with different offices
- 10%Prepares and submits regularly monthly reports
- 5%Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies
- 15%Performs other related functions as may be required


SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

.Preferably National Certificate Holder in Computer System Servicing NC II
.Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
.Knowledgeable in written and oral communication
.Good interpersonal relationship and possesses positive work attitude
.Knowledgeable in UTPRAS, PTCACS and Scholarship
.Possesses good teamwork attitude
.Must have an ability in analytical and critical thinking
