About the Role:

A leading IT Professional Services and Recruitment company is seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Content and Administrative Coordinator. This role is instrumental in streamlining the companyu0027s internal processes, enhancing candidate experience, and amplifying brand presence online. The ideal candidate will manage the companyu0027s database (Bullhorn), create and manage engaging social media content, interact meaningfully with the online community, and assist in administrative tasks to free up managerial time for strategic business objectives.

Job Description:
  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms to increase brand engagement. Implement a content calendar
  • Complete the database audit and begin implementing changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Establish a routine for regular database maintenance.
  • Take over management of the company inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
  • Apply basic SEO strategies to the companyu0027s website and monitor performance. Seek opportunities for learning advanced SEO tactics if not already skilled.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage a comprehensive database like Bullhorn accurately.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO OR willingness to learn and apply advanced techniques.
  • Experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
  • A proactive approach to learning and skill development.
