In-charge of ADMINISTRATIVE WORKS
Duties And Responsibilities
Office Operations: Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure equipment is maintained.
Budgeting & Finance: Assist in preparing and managing office budgets, track expenses, process invoices, and maintain financial records.
Executive Support: Coordinate schedules, arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare reports or presentations for senior management.
Documentation & Records: Develop and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring sensitive company data remains secure and organized.
Staff Supervision: Oversee and assist junior administrative staff, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive working environment.
Policy Compliance: Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
Able to Visit Other Site Locations of the company as part of routinely inspections.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / College Degree
- Minimum of 3 years to 5 years or more work experience as Office Administrators.
- Effective in office administrators manages multiple tasks and priorities.
- Has clear and professional communication
- Ability to balance various responsibilities that requires time management.
- Capable of identifying issues and develops practical solutions
- Accuracy and Flexibility
