Provide admin support to Creative Service Manager. Tasks involves but not limited to: . Daily entry and update on the ED Guide 2018 google spreadsheet . Managing all software and platforms and ensuring all uploaded client files are correctly stored. . Uploading images to client file . Updating data in Star Production System and Star Adtracker . Sending and follow up proof emails to clients . Organising files using SCMS Star Content Management System, Star Adtracker, Star Production System, Gmail, Adobe Acrobat and Google Sheets . All other task assigned
Provide support to the Creatives team of the company. This may include but not limited to . Emailing clients . Updating systems with information . PDF images and files upload . Data processing and mining . Monitor emails being received . Updating spreadsheets . Completing reports . All other task assigned
Other Skills / Qualifications . Proven experience with MS Office and email platforms . A high degree of attention to detail . A positive, can-do, and proactive attitude . Understands and practices confidentiality due to the nature of work . Take initiative in manager's absence . Good knowledge of computer technology as well as the internet
