Job Description
TheAd Ops Specialist (QA)facilitates media buying by coordinating traffic instructions within TV and Audio channels. They collaborate with internal teams to address business needs, improve processes, and ensure correct placement of client commercials on TV and Radio stations. Additionally, they play a vital role in the company's Quality Control process by validating creative materials.
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Night (Mon - Fri 9 PM - 6 AM during DST, 10 PM - 7 AM during non-DST)
Work Setup: Permanent WFH

- Highly preferable: Minimum 1 year of Ad Ops Traffic and Quality Assurance experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured, organized, and disciplined.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- Collaborate with departments to understand traffic needs, identify areas of improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- Effectively gather and communicate traffic instructions to stations as directed.
- Work to quality check all ads in a timely manner before being sent out to account teams for traffic as part of the company's Quality Control (QC) process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external account representatives to ensure smooth collaboration and accurate data distribution.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to adhere to constant traffic changes daily.
