Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and technical installation details.
Knowledge of construction site safety practices and fall protection procedures.
Skill in using measuring tools, cutting equipment, and fastening systems.
Physical ability to lift materials and work at heights for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
Good communication and teamwork skills on active construction sites.
Understanding of waterproofing, sealing, and exterior finishing methods.
Relevant certifications or site safety training are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Install aluminum composite panels according to drawings and project specifications.
Measure, mark, cut, and fit panels and supporting components accurately.
Prepare wall surfaces and substructures before panel installation begins.
Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and access equipment safely.
Align panels, trims, brackets, and joints for a clean finished appearance.
Apply sealants, flashings, and weatherproofing materials where required.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance.
Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to maintain project schedules.
Report material shortages, site issues, and installation discrepancies promptly.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
