IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE (Experience)
  • At least 2 years of required experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and administrative support
  • Knowledge in handling accounting tasks with Xero or similar software
  • Background in customer service/collections is an advantage
  • Familiar with basic accounting principles
  • Preferably someone living near BGC, with reasonable commuting hours, or willing to relocate

  • Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to work accurately and efficiently
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC (Day Shift!)

(Accounts Receivable Associate)
Accounts Receivable
  • Record and receipt client payments accurately
  • Reconcile remittances to match invoices
  • Generate weekly Aged Receivables report and provide overdue account status to clients
  • Complete month-end reporting and comparisons for AR, clearing accounts, and down payments
  • Perform trade references and set up new clients in payment portals
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested by clients or management
Inbound and Outbound Calls for Collection
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices via phone and email to ensure timely payment
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies or collection concerns
  • Ensure professional and customer-focused interaction during collection efforts
Invoice Processing
  • Generate client invoices and credit memos using ConnectWise or Halo send copies promptly
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers and vendors to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
