Job Description

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role will work as part of a team of 8 people including the Head Office team members. The position will be responsible for essentially full function accounts payable duties, including processing end-to-end invoices, undertaking supplier reconciliations, responding to supplier queries, and any ad-hoc administrative financial tasks.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM)
Work Setup: Onsite, Baguio City
Salary: PHP 20,000 to PHP 25,000

What do you need to succeed
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in an Account Payable position in a highvolume environment
  • A friendly, approachable and customer focused demeanor
  • Experience with an ERP system
  • Excellent Verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • High volume of Accurately and timely processing of invoices
  • Checking invoices to ensure correct allocation to appropriate Vendor accounts
  • Review and process invoices to ensure all have been approved by appropriate managers in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure transactions are allocated to the correct GL and GST codes
  • Follow up promptly on outstanding invoices for payment
  • Input data into accounting system to ensure accurate payment and allocation
  • Ensure all EFT payment are processed and recorded accurately
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and actioning follow up of missing invoices
  • Actioning queries from external suppliers and internal staff in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Ad hoc reporting and administrative duties as required
