Job Description

  • Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable: Regular emails+ phone calls to customers for overdue accounts
  • Accounts email management: Forward payable emails to DEXT, delegate emails to other relevant staff members, respond to occasional invoice query


  • Must speak english very well
  • Must have great phone manner
  • Experience in accounts receivable, following up and tracking overdue invoices (simply following up overdue invoices and email management).
  • Must speak English very well (Australian accent preferred)
  • Must have great phone mannersand be able to build rapport easily (very personable) as they will need to be calling and interacting with customers on a regular basis. We want them to build relationships with our customers.

Additional Information

Work Schedule:

Half day between 9:00am-1:00pm, Monday-Friday
Part-time 5 days per week (half days)
