About the Job:

JOB TITLE: Accounting Specialist

REPORTS TO: Accounting Expert

LOCATION: Ortigas Center, Pasig City

Job Summary:

The Accounting Specialist is responsible for preparing accounting entries and other clerical works in the Finance Department. This role will also assist our Tax Expert in creating detailed reports for BIR filing.

Job Responsibilities:

• FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ACTIVITIES:
• Recording of disbursement transactions for reimbursement, petty cash, and corporate credit card and cash advance liquidations
• Preparation of bank transactions
• Reconciliation of bank accounts
• Booking of Payables and Cash transactions in Oracle System

• TAX AND COMPLIANCE:
• Enforce Tax compliance on supporting documents
• Preparation of summary list of purchases and other tax related documentation
• Other clerical duties in the Finance department

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any Finance/Accounting course.
• At least 1-year relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Well organized, careful, and persistent.
• Keen attention to details.
• Good communication skills – written and oral.
• Willing to work overtime hours.
• Exudes positive attitude and can work well under pressure.
• Good team player.
