Accounting Manager

Join our growing team and take the lead in managing the company's overall accounting operations. We are looking for a results-driven Accounting Manager with strong leadership skills and solid experience in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and general ledger management
• Manage whole Accounting operations: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, taxation, and statutory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit requirements
• Lead and develop the accounting team while driving operational improvements
• Manage and optimize ERP/accounting systems, preferably SAP HANA

Qualifications:

• CPA with a Degree in Accountancy
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance
• Experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP HANA
• Background in retail distribution, consignment, outright, or food service industry is an advantage
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a high-performing team
• Excellent communication skills and capability to partner with cross-functional teams and management
