Job Description:

· Prepare customer billing statements, post receivable payments, and enter revenue and receivableadjustments

· Issue purchase orders for vendors, verify vendor invoices, and process payment for approved invoices

· Maintain annual technical support renewal schedule and executed vendor agreements

· Manage corporate and employees credit card spending accounts

· Assist in the preparation of supporting schedules for monthly financial statements

· Work on any special projects that are assigned Requirements:

· Must have a bachelor's or college degree in accounting or related business majors

· Must have one or more years of working experience in an office environment

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency skills in Excel

· Detailed oriented and well-organized

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
