Job Description

As the Account Manager, your goal is to maximize the long term value of clients by building relationships with broker clients and ensuring that they are perfectly satisfied with the service and value we provide in order to retain partnerships with them.

You must be great at:

  • Ensuring high client retention and revenue retention by timely payment collection for active clients and recovering pending payments.
  • Strong ownership of the account and having close coordination with the Client Success team and understanding the historical performance of the account during the subscription.
  • Administration of all activities + results in Salesforce.

What it takes:

  • 2+ years relevant Retention, Sales, Account Management and Aftersales experience
  • Excellent communication in both written and verbal
  • Great with building and maintaining client relationships
  • Has great analytical & negotiation skills
  • Ability to works well in a high energy team
  • Well organized & structured working style
  • Great Team Player and Goal Oriented individual
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
