Job Summary:

The core purpose of the Delivery Support Admin is to act as a coordinator and administrative assistant across the Managed Services business at Insentra. The role will interface daily with our Heads of Service Delivery.The Delivery Support Admin reports to the Head of Service Management


  • Provide day to day support of to the regional Heads of Service Delivery
    • Generating and sending reports to clients
    • Meeting minutes of global meetings and assigning actions
    • Collect usage data each month for invoicing purposes
    • Assist with creating monthly client governance reports in PowerPoint
    • Communicating with clients about changes
    • Adding risks into a risk register
    • Collate Post Incident Report data
  • Perform invoicing activities in Dynamics 365 at the end of each month
  • Manage client data in Dynamics 365 in line with documented procedures
  • Ensure delivery is to global standards of security, quality and process adherence
  • Create new sales opportunities in dynamics
  • Renew client application subscriptions as directed and documented
  • Work in tandem with Heads of Service in other regions to continually improve our processes & manage our workload
  • Other reasonable tasks as required


Skills Required:

  • Knowledge and practical experience in PowerBi
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Time management and prioritising work
  • Managing expectations
  • Responsive to requests and ensuring the request is understood

Experience and Certification:

  • 2-3 years as an administrative assistant
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices
  • Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365
  • Intermediate level knowledge in PowerBi
  • Intermediate level knowledge in Excel
  • 2-3 years working in a managed service provider is advantageous
  • Understanding of ITILv4 principals / ITILv4 Certificate is advantageous

  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be able to work from 6AM-3PM
