Account Management Specialist

Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas Center Pasig City, Philippines
Reporting to: Team Leader

As Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.


The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of ensuring timely and accurate movement of shipment and information, while providing exceptional customer service to our wide array of existing customers in the market. The candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate about customer interaction as well as possess the ability to coordinate with internal team to respond timely and effectively to growing customer needs.

  • Track and trace for service sensitive customer shipments

  • Updating the customer of late or delayed shipments through customer portal entry

  • Internal communication for late/delayed loads tracking

  • Updating internal reports

  • Monitoring and actioning exceptions

  • Timely responses to emails to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction


  • At least 1 year data entry experience is required

  • With a high-level of PC competence, typing skills and accuracy.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent in customer service

  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results


  • High customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent feedback from customers.

  • Achievement of KPIs.
