In our innovative hubs, you'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Business Application Consulting team you support the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that align with client requirements. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff while being accountable for project success and maintaining exceptional standards.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7- 11 years of experience in Salesforce solutions
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience in managing Salesforce healthcare projects
- 3 years working with Salesforce Health Cloud in the healthcare domain.
- Profound understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and tools
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Charts
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Administrator preferred
