Job Description:
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in developing and implementing strategies, including managing a variety of communications campaigns, optimizing intranet platforms, and building out our AI capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years hands-on experience in managing and executing successful internal communications campaigns including, but not limited to, emails/webinars/SMS marketing and intranet platforms.
- Software Proficiency: Adept at working with SMS and email platforms such as Active Campaign and Constant Contact.
- Skills: Excellent copywriting, editing, organizational, and creative thinking.
- Technology: Proficient in Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams), Canva, Slack, Trello, and other relevant software services.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-Focused: Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills and an understanding of the operational business of franchisees.
- Chat AI Specialist: Collaborate with technology teams to develop and implement AI capabilities for streamlined internal and external communications.
- Initiative: Comfortable with ambiguity and possesses a self-starter approach.
- Strategic Thinker: Capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Project Management: Strong project management experience with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and support the broader team.
- Qualifications: Preferably holds a degree in communications, marketing, and/or business, marketing.
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze communication metrics, gather insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing communication strategies.
- Change Management: Skills in supporting communication efforts during organizational changes, mergers, or transitions, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
- Content Marketing Knowledge: Understanding content marketing principles to create engaging and relevant communications that resonate with the target audience.
- Brand Management: Understanding of brand consistency and the ability to uphold and reinforce brand guidelines in all internal communications.
- Event Planning and Execution: Skills in planning and executing internal events, whether in-person or virtual, to enhance team cohesion and engagement. Media.
Tools:
- Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe is an asset.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Home Services vertical is preferred.
- Proficiency in video software editing gets you extra brownie points.

- Nightshift - 10pm to 7am Manila Time
