This is customer service with global exposure, business impact, and room to grow. If you enjoy helping customers, working with people across cultures, and learning how global business works, this could be your next career move.

What You'll Experience In This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll do more than respond to inquiries. You'll help keep business moving by supporting customer requests, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution across the Order-to-Cash journey.

You'll work with global customers and collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Customer Operations, and other business functions to deliver a better customer experience.

What You'll Do

Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
Communicate with customers in your designated language and in English.
Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Build experience across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, and shared services.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to work smarter and drive improvements.

What You'll Gain

Global customer experience and cross-functional business exposure.
Future-ready skills in communication, problem solving, process improvement, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
A respectful, collaborative culture where teams support each other, celebrate wins, and make time to have fun.
Career growth with 3M, a global science company making meaningful impact.

What We're Looking For

Are fluent in Spanish language and proficient in English.
Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shared Services, or a related field.
Communicate clearly, solve problems effectively, and keep the customer at the center.
Are detail-oriented, adaptable, curious, and willing to learn how global business works.
Have ERP experience, which is an advantage but not required.
