Precision, speed, and zero margin for error — this role exists for a Data Entry Specialist who takes data integrity seriously and wants to build something long-term in a remote professional environment.

THE ROLE

--------

This is a full-time, contractor engagement supporting a business administration team remotely from the Philippines. You will be responsible for the accurate capture of information from source documents into internal systems, managing the flow of incoming communications, and supporting internal teams with reporting and ad hoc operational tasks. The scope is real, the expectation of accuracy is non-negotiable, and the work directly impacts how well the business runs day to day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

----------------

• Read, analyse, and interpret a range of documents to extract and accurately input required content into designated internal systems

• Monitor and manage an incoming email inbox, routing correspondence to the correct team members or departments in a timely and organised manner

• Maintain clear, professional written communication with team members and departments to support smooth workflow and task coordination

• Generate internal reports as requested by team leads or operational stakeholders

• Perform testing on various internal applications as directed, documenting outcomes clearly

• Support internal teams with ad hoc activities that fall within the broader data, administration, and communications function

WHAT YOU BRING

--------------

• Confident, working proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including data organisation, basic formulas, and report formatting

• Three to five years of demonstrable experience in a data entry, administration, or operations support role

• A sharp eye for detail and a consistent track record of high accuracy in data handling

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism across internal correspondence

• The ability to manage competing tasks and prioritise effectively without compromising output quality

• A dedicated home workspace with a stable, reliable internet connection suitable for full-time remote work

WORK ARRANGEMENT

----------------

This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office.

WHY STAFF X

-----------

Staff X is a certified Great Place to Work employer in the Philippines for multiple consecutive years. Benefits include:

• Free training and professional development policy

• Employee wellness program

• Exposure to clients in Australia, the US, and the UK

Staff X offers long-term, stable employment with genuine career growth.

COMPENSATION

------------

COMMITMENT

----------

This is a contractor engagement.

You will work as an independent contractor, not as a Staff X employee.

You are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and statutory obligations.

The client and Staff X expect a professional service relationship with clear deliverables.

This is not an employee role and does not include the standard Staff X employment benefits.
