Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Microsoft 365 Platform, Automation & AI

Global IT Services is responsible for providing resilient, secure, scalable and highly available technology services that support the organization and its business operations.

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with strong Microsoft 365 platform engineering capabilities, combined with expertise in identity, automation, architecture and emerging AI technologies.

Provide technical guidance for new initiatives, deployments, automation and AI-related requirements.

Project and Initiative Ownership

Take end-to-end ownership of significant Microsoft 365 and infrastructure initiatives.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities rather than waiting for work to be assigned.
Define problems, develop solutions, engage the appropriate stakeholders and drive initiatives through completion.
Own or contribute to architecture, design, planning, implementation, testing and operational transition.
Coordinate with project management, infrastructure, security, application and business teams as required.
Manage technical risks, dependencies, estimates and implementation plans.
