About The Company

Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and micro-venture capital company. We invest in small service-based businesses and individual real estate agents with proven track records, helping them scale their clientele and profits through our Partnership as a Service model. We were recently named the 813th fastest-growing company in America by Inc. 5000, and we're a team of 300+ continuing to grow.

About The Role

We're hiring a Graphic Designer on a pay-per-project basis to create marketing visuals for our real estate and small-business partners — think listing graphics, social media content, brochures, and branded templates. This is ongoing contract work with a steady project pipeline: designers who deliver consistently strong, on-time work can expect a predictable monthly volume in the $600–$1,400 range.

How Pay Works

You're paid per completed project. Each project type is assigned a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete at a standard hourly rate — so faster, efficient work is rewarded rather than penalized.
There is a 30-day probation period during which project rates are lower while we confirm fit and workflow. Full rates apply after probation is successfully completed.
Typical monthly earnings for a consistent contributor fall in the $600–$1,400 range depending on project volume and complexity, discussed in more detail during the interview process.
