Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform case processing activities, including book-in, data entry, narrative writing (I-Narrative), and medical/product coding.
Conduct quality checks using online QC tools, perform un-blinding (when required), and ensure completeness and accuracy of case documentation.
Manage end-to-end case workflow, including case routing, case closure/lock, and labeling activities, including USPI labeling, in compliance with established procedures and timelines.

Who Thrives Here:

Pharmacy Graduates required with or without active license
Nursing Graduates will be considered
1-2 years of safety case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance Safety databases like Veeva Safety Database, Argus.
Good communication skills
Willing to work full onsite during training and hybrid (3x onsite per week) upon production in Taguig
