About this Position As a Senior Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients receive exceptional service from order placement through delivery. What you´ll do

Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web
Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Minimum of three (3) years experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in Order Entry is required
Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
Knowledge in Power BI skills for dashboard reporting and Python knowledge for process automation and continuous improvement initiatives is highly preferred
Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 NN), weekend shift,, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
