Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for operating automated test equipment or performing assembly processes of II-VI Laser Enterprise.
She is also accountable for meeting productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time, and other KPI targets set by immediate superior and management.

Education & Experience

Highschool graduate.
At least 2 years electronics or semiconductors production experience preferred.

Skills

Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and/or burn-in/test/ inspection in a clean room environment preferred.
An understanding of clean room protocol and procedures is preferred.
Hands-on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must
Able to work independently as well as in a group environment
Must have excellent manual dexterity; able to manipulate very small parts with tweezers and other instruments
Excellent eyesight; vision correctable with glasses is acceptable; no contact lenses
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be flexible: daily activities can and will change
MS Office knowledge and hands-on experience
