Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or any related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of construction costing, contracts, project management, and risk control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Power BI and Arabic language skills are an advantage.
