Perform day-to-day Global HR Shared Services (GHRS) operations and transactions while ensuring compliance with established service level standards and metrics.
Manage and resolve ServiceCentral cases/tickets based on assigned access, as well as provide support for other HR systems.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including associate personal files and HR documentation.
Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and privacy of employee information and data at all times.
Follow established GHRS processes, procedures, and guidelines while contributing to process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor workload, team tasks, and completion of assigned activities using appropriate trackers and reporting tools.
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and collaborate with leaders in implementing process improvements.
Participate in HR-related and office-wide projects and ad hoc activities as needed.
Provide timely and professional support to internal employees and HR stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and effective support.
Contribute to process mapping, process documentation, and process design initiatives.
Promote quality and operational excellence in the delivery of GHRS services.
Collaborate effectively with HR teams and stakeholders across different functions and regions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience is highly preferred.
Experience in HR administration, employee records management, HR transactions, or HR systems support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and HR stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical.
Quick learner, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying solutions.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and processes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and maintain a high level of data accuracy.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts and North America hours.
