Job Summary:

The Account Servicing Manager oversees the efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of clients day-to-day transactions, working closely with relationship teams and internal units to deliver seamless service, resolve client concerns, support business growth, and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides end-to-end transactional support for Trust accounts, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant execution of client instructions, investment orders, and account-related requests. Coordinates closely with Account Managers and internal units to facilitate seamless client servicing, monitor investment proceeds, maintain adherence to servicing standards and regulatory requirements, and promptly identify and escalate non-compliant transactions.
