ART DIRECTOR for an EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS AGENCY

Job description:

We are an Events and Activations Agency and we are looking for a Senior Art Director to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Senior Art Director's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

SKILLS REQUIREDExperience Qualifications

• Graduate of Advertising, Communication Arts, Marketing, or any related course.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL, events, experiential marketing, or brand activations.

• Strong expertise in concept development, experiential and spatial design, stage/booth/set design, and brand activations.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and preferably with working knowledge of 3D visualization tools.

• Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, production requirements, and on-ground execution.

• Proven strong leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead, manage, motivate, and mentor a creative team.

• Mature, dependable, and accountable, with sound judgment and the ability to make decisions and take ownership, especially under pressure.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outputs within tight deadlines.

• Strong presentation and client sell-in skills, with the ability to turn creative concepts into winning proposals.

• Hands-on, solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to remain calm and decisive during live events and last-minute changes.

• Must have a strong portfolio of actual events, activations, environmental designs, and live executions.

• Proven experience in successfully implementing at least 5 brand campaigns/activations.

• Can start ASAP.

NOTE:
