Role Purpose:

The Senior Manager – Creative, Content & Production leads the company's creative, content, multimedia, and production function across both brands.

The role translates consumer growth and commercial growth priorities into compelling, consistent, and effective creative and content across relevant consumer and business touchpoints. The role serves as the organization's Creative Director and Producer, leading the creative team, content planning, creative development, and end-to-end production across digital, retail, events, and commercial channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Content

Lead creative development and content direction across both brands.
Develop and own content planning and editorial calendars across social media, websites, e-commerce, newsletters, CRM, retail, campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives.
Translate marketing and commercial briefs into compelling creative concepts, visual directions, content, and executions.
Establish and maintain high creative standards, brand consistency, and quality across all touchpoints.
Provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team across copy, visual, multimedia, and content development.
Review and approve internal and external creative work.

Consumer & Commercial Creative Support

Lead the development of creative and content required to support Consumer Growth and Commercial Growth priorities.
Direct and delegate the development of marketing assets for campaigns, retail initiatives, activations, events, launches, and digital channels based on business priorities and available resources.
Oversee the development of sales and marketing materials supporting commercial opportunities, including Team Orders, Institutional Orders, and other commercial account requirements.
Ensure creative output is tailored to the needs of different audiences while maintaining consistent brand expression.
Partner with the Senior Managers of IMC & Retail Marketing and Commercial Growth to translate their priorities into effective creative solutions.
Provide hands-on creative support when needed, including design, multimedia production, video editing, content development, or other creative execution.

Creative Production & Content Delivery

Oversee end-to-end creative production across photography, video, short-form content, graphic design, motion, editing, retouching, and other multimedia formats.
Act as Creative Director and Producer for photo and video shoots, leading projects from concept through final delivery.
Develop production approaches, creative treatments, and required resources for shoots and major content productions.
Lead photographers, videographers, talent, stylists, production partners, and other external resources as required.
Ensure content and creative assets are produced and adapted for online and offline channels, including social media, websites, e-commerce, newsletters, retail stores, pop-ups, events, and commercial materials.
Ensure content is delivered on time, to specification, and at the required quality.

Cross-functional Creative Leadership

Lead and develop the creative team, setting priorities, standards, timelines, and expectations.
Allocate creative resources across Consumer Growth, Commercial Growth, and other business requirements.
Determine the appropriate balance of internal and external creative and production resources.
Lead cross-functional creative requirements with Marketing, Commercial Growth, Retail Operations, E-commerce, CRM & Loyalty, and other relevant teams.
Establish efficient creative workflows and ensure creative requirements are clearly briefed, prioritized, and delivered.
Remain hands-on and contribute directly to creative execution when additional support is required.

Creative Performance & Optimization

Evaluate the effectiveness and quality of creative and content across relevant channels and initiatives.
Use consumer, campaign, commercial, and channel insights to improve creative output and content effectiveness.
Identify opportunities to maximize the use of content and creative assets across multiple channels and initiatives.
Monitor production efficiency, timelines, resource utilization, and costs.
Recommend improvements to creative processes, production approaches, and content planning.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative concepts clearly.
Proficiency in Production Management, with experience overseeing end-to-end content and creative production workflows.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and tracking deliverables.
Hands-on experience in Video Production, including coordinating shoots, managing crews, and guiding post-production.
Proven Art Direction capabilities, with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
Experience in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
Ability to lead and mentor creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital content platforms, social media, and basic analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
