Job Profile: Psychologist

Overview:

Responsible for ensuring mental wellness and safety of team members by providing weekly and/or monthly group counseling sessions for all team members (these groups are not depth oriented psychological groups. Rather, they are more akin to team-building); Provides instant counseling support to meet the needs of teams viewing graphic Live/Was Live content. This may take the form of instant consultation and coaching via text message and/or audio/video-call. Provides opportunity for 1:1 sessions to team members on at least a weekly basis; Delivers counseling in urgent cases within maximum 1 week notice; Provides weekly and/or monthly group counseling sessions for all team members

With professional manner and skills support creating and maintaining team spirit among team members;
Shows interest in the problems of the team members and gets involved when such need to be resolved;
Gives personal example of conduct and ethics at the workplace;
Offer time slots during their working shift of bookable time for team members requesting time for consultation
Provides opportunity for 1:1 sessions to team members on at least a weekly basis;
Delivers counselling in urgent cases within maximum 1 week notice;
Provides weekly and/or monthly group counselling sessions for all team members (these
groups are not depth oriented psychological groups. Rather, they are more akin to team-building);
Provides instant counselling support to meet the needs of teams viewing graphic Live/Was Live content. This may take the form of instant consultation and coaching via text message and/or audio/video-call. Provides recommendation on best possible handling of employees using Evidence-Based Approach.
Participates in the interview process of new hires
Arrives at work in a timely manner and be ready to begin work 5 minutes prior the start of their scheduled shift;
In cases of absence due to sick leave, the employee must present a doctor's note to Payroll within 3 calendar days of the issue date;
Provides his/her direct Manager with ongoing feedback with their performance based on any allocated tasks and account targets. Any ideas and/or suggestions for improving work efficiency or the quality of service are strongly encouraged and fall within the employee's rights and responsibilities. The direct Manager should be notified in all instances of technical issues or obstacles impacting the successful execution of the work process;

Required skills + qualities (technical):

Holds at least a master's degree in psychology from a university, college or school recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd);
Has completed a minimum of two hundred (200) hours of supervised practicum/internship/clinical experience related to services enumerated in paragraph (b)of Section 3 of the Republic Act 10029 or the Psychologist Law of the Philippines;
Duly registered and holds a valid Certificate of Registration and a valid Professional Identification Card as Professional Psychologist, issued by the Professional Regulatory Board of Psychology (PRBP) and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
A minimum of 1 year experience in the field of psychology; preferably with BPO Support Experience.
With required knowledge of technical tools used in psychological assessment/intervention as deemed necessary; Training-Needs-Analysis; Ability to Write and Execute TrainingTeam work
