About ReN3

ReN3 is a sovereign AI platform for the enterprise, built to unify an organization's knowledge and let teams execute AI-powered work under strict governance and access control. The platform runs in air-gapped, private-cloud, or other sovereign environments, so sensitive data never leaves the client's own infrastructure. ReN3 works with government, banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction clients, and partners with major infrastructure and cloud providers on deployment.

About the Role

As an Account Director, you own and grow ReN3's presence in the Philippines commercial and public sector — one of the fastest growing AI markets in the region. You will build lasting relationships with government agencies and large enterprises while guiding them chart and navigate their AI journey.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the public sector and commercial territory for Philippines — from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline across government, and large-cap enterprise accounts, with disciplined CRM hygiene
Develop C-level and Director-level relationships at target accounts; become a trusted advisor on enterprise AI adoption
Lead discovery sessions to understand client challenges and collaborate with the presales and engineering team to architect compelling solutions
Drive POC engagements and ensure client success through onboarding and early value realisation
Negotiate commercial terms, MSAs, and SOWs — navigating procurement processes including government tender frameworks (PH R.A 12009)
Identify and develop partnerships with local SIs, distributors, and digital ecosystem partners
Represent ReN3 at Philippines major industry events and sector-specific forums
Provide market intelligence back to product and leadership — competitive landscape, pricing signals, regulatory developments
Help in building the Philippines playbook: account mapping, local GTM strategy, and channel structures for scale
