As a Senior Workplace Experience Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader across assigned TOA properties, supporting the Director of Workplace Experience. In this high-impact role, you will oversee administrative, facilities, engineering, and maintenance operations while providing strategic direction to local teams. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will champion a world-class physical environment that upholds strict cleanliness, safety, security, and operational standards, ensuring every employee and guest experiences the highest standard of service.

Your Impact

Operations & Facility Management: Drive operational consistency, showroom facility standards, site uptime, and 52-week maintenance calendar compliance across assigned property locations.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Lead Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, emergency response, clinic management, and ensure 100% regulatory compliance with government entities including PEZA, CDC, LGU, DOLE, and DENR.
Financial & Budget Management: Manage financial and expense allocations, ensuring strict budget adherence, vendor spend contract compliance, cost optimization, and resource efficiency.
Leadership & People Development: Direct and mentor local teams—including Site Facility Supervisors, Concierge Assistants, Technicians, Housekeeping, and Security—fostering engagement, retention, and high performance.
Incident & Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for emergency situations, utilizing rapid judgment and structured problem-solving to resolve site incidents and customer disputes.
Metrics & Service Quality: Monitor key performance indicators to consistently hit target SLAs, CSAT, eNPS, and process standardization goals.

What You Bring

The Experience: Minimum 7 years of essential leadership experience in facilities management, hospitality, customer experience, or premium commercial operations, alongside at least 7 years in people management, 5 years leading OSH-compliant teams, 5 years managing regulatory agency relationships (PEZA, CDC, DOLE, DENR), and 3 years in project management.
The Credentials: Professional background with a demonstrated track record of leading large operational teams and executing complex facility, administrative, and engineering management strategies.
Technical Mastery: Expertise in building management systems, OSH regulations, government compliance reporting, budget oversight, contract management, and interpreting architectural or building plans.
The Mindset: A result-driven, ethical leader with high emotional intelligence, excellent judgment under pressure, strong moral standards, and the agility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Prowess: Confident verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to write formal reports, lead business presentations, and collaborate effectively with executive leaders and external stakeholders.
