Role Summary

An advisory partner to Relationship Managers (RMs), driving wealth management solutions and investment recommendations for high-net-worth clients. In this role, the RM owns the client relationship, while the Investment Strategist owns the investment insight, strategy formulation, and portfolio guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Talent Intelligence: Analyze market trends and macroeconomic shifts to answer, What is happening in the market
Strategic Translation: Convert macro views and complex market intelligence into actionable, clear investment strategies tailored for individual client profiles.
Advisory & RM Enablement: Partner directly with Relationship Managers during client engagements to guide and recommend the right wealth management solutions.
Portfolio & Strategy Formulation: Develop, manage, and communicate dynamic investment strategies and portfolio allocation frameworks.
Market Views Communication: Deliver articulate market commentaries and house views to internal teams and external clients.

Requirements & Background

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience suitable for Senior Manager to AVP rank, including at least 2 years in a current, solid Investment Strategist role.
Domain Expertise: Experience in Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Economics, or Equity/Fixed Income Research.
Advisory Orientation: Must thrive in a specialist, partner-facing capacity rather than a purely back-office analytical role.
